This is not good and will result in you gaining weight over time.  Your body is starving when you do this and will start to store any fat you put in you and over time you realize your jeans don&#8217;t fit anymore.  Instead, load up on a big healthy breakfast that will keep you &#8220;fueled&#8221; all day.  Eggs, toast and some fruit is a great start.  Steel-cut oats with blueberries is an excellent meal and full of fiber.</li>
